Gets to 95%, gives an error indicating "10% battery left" (yet fully charged phone and hearing aids), then disconnects. So far my experience with Signia hearing aids has been meh and unforgivably bad with their software for android. Disappointed that I was talked into these. Update: Got it to work finally. I kept restarting my phone and just trying again. Finally installed.

I have been trying to do the update all day. I have done everything, including restarting the phone, the app, and the hearing aids. I get to 96%, the left hearing turns off, and when it comes back on, it gives me an error. Galaxy S26 Ultra phone and the Pure C&G BCT hearing aids aids.

I follow the directions from the Signia app and my hearing aids correctly pair to the Connex myUpdater app but then the update has only ever made it to 3% before it says Lost Connection despite the hearing aids being beside the phone on either side and not moving. Device type : Google Pixel 8 Pro OS Version : Android 17 myUpdater App Version: 1.1.0.154 Country : Canada Connection State : Disconnected
